The student has an opportunity to get involved in the Francistown Marathon held at the National stadium. The main concept of discussion is team work. As defined by Luca & Tarricone (2002: 640) is a supportive way which gives an allowance ordinary people to get an achievement of extra ordinary results. The student affirms with the definition as cooperation is what the supervisor was always stressing from the student.

Chenoweth (2015) came up with the features of a success team work, as there has to be clear goals this calls for specific performance, objectives that are expressed so concisely and be known by all. The supervisor at Kgalagadi Breweries limited did as explained because he emphasized that everyone was familiarized with the goals as to serve the marathon runners with refreshments. Team work did benefited the event as stated by Constructing Excellent (2006), it bring more effective use of resources especially time. This was reflected by the fact that the supervisor did allocate tasks according to the students and everyone knew what to do. The other importance was that there was a wide range of ideas (Constructing Excellent, 2006) this is true because anyone was allowed to bring up any idea beneficial as compared to when individuals were working alone.
